Sound familiar?
of people who sign up for a free event never make it there on the day.

You tap “Interested”. Then you stay home.
You never hear about it in time
Good local events are scattered across Instagram pages, WhatsApp groups and a dozen different sites.
Going alone feels awkward
“I won’t know anyone there.” It’s the most common reason people skip a first visit.
You can’t tell who’s behind it
There’s no easy way to know if the organiser is genuine or if the event will actually happen.
How it works
From “interested” to “I was there”.
Every step is designed to get you out of the door, not just onto a list.
- Step 1
Discover
A feed of events near you, ranked by distance, interests and free time. Each card says why it’s there.
- Step 2
Join
One tap with your mobile number and OTP. No long forms. Your QR pass is ready.
- Step 3
Buddy call
First time? A real person from the organiser’s team calls within 2 hours and tells you where to meet.
- Step 4
Reminders
24 hours and 2 hours before, plus a nudge at the time you said you’d leave.
- Step 5
Check in
Scan your pass at the venue. Your welcome buddy knows you’ve arrived.
- Step 6
Rate
Your feedback sharpens your feed and shows you the group’s next date.
The welcome buddy is the difference. Every first-timer gets a call from a real person on the organiser’s team before the event, a meeting spot, and a familiar face at the gate. You walk in already knowing someone.
Safety
Built so everyone feels safe showing up.
Women- and LGBTQ-friendly from the first screen. Safety tools are part of every event, not hidden in settings.
Women-only events
And women can ask for a woman buddy to welcome them. Only women can make that request.
Help button
Calls 112 or 181 and alerts your trusted contacts and the organiser with your location.
“Check on me”
Share your plan with someone you trust. After the event, the app checks that you got home.
Your number stays private
Organiser teams never see it. Calls are masked and every contact is logged.
Seen only by your group
Just your first name and initial, and only to people going to the same event.
Report and block
Report anyone in two taps. Urgent reports reach the team by SMS, and repeated reports pull an event down.
For organisers
Bring your people. We’ll bring new ones, and help them show up.
A free desk for anyone who gathers people: clubs, NGOs, RWAs, coaches and creators. Your team gets the tools to welcome first-timers and keep them coming back.
Publish in minutes
Create an event, set the spot on the map and go live to the people nearby who care about it.
Assign welcome buddies
First-timers are matched to someone on your team automatically, with a follow-up list for each.
Joined, came, came back
QR check-in gives you real attendance. See who returned and where your joins come from.
Followers hear first
People who follow you get your next event before anyone else, higher in their feed.
Your own join questions
Ask what you need when people join. A bike rally can accept bike owners only.
See unmet demand
Areas where people are waiting and nothing is happening yet show up on your dashboard.
What’s on
Whatever you’re into, it’s happening a few minutes away.
Tell us what you like once. Your feed fills up with things within easy reach, and gets better every time you rate an event.

Is AasPaasNow free?
Yes. Finding and joining events is free for everyone. Many events are free too; if one has a fee, you’ll see it clearly before you join.
Do I need to download anything?
No. AasPaasNow opens in your phone’s browser. You can add it to your home screen in one tap so it works like an app, with reminders.
How do I sign up?
Enter your mobile number and the OTP we send you. That’s it. No passwords, no long forms. Pick a few interests and your feed is ready.
What if I don’t know anyone there?
That’s exactly what the welcome buddy is for. On your first visit, someone from the organiser’s team calls you before the event, tells you where to meet, and welcomes you when you arrive.
Who can see my phone number?
No one. Organiser teams never see it, and calls between you and your buddy go through a masked line. Other people only see your first name and initial, and only if they’re going to the same event.
Which cities are you in?
We’re starting in Delhi NCR, then expanding to more cities. If your area isn’t live yet, you’ll be able to join a waitlist in the app and we’ll tell you the day your city opens.
How do I list my group’s events?
Write to us at the email on this page. Someone from our team will get in touch, verify your group and set up your organiser desk, free of cost. We’re onboarding Delhi NCR organisers now.
